Join our board of trustees

We are looking for a senior trainee to join our Board of Trustees and help support the delivery of high-quality Preoperative Assessment Education. Ideally suited to stage 3 trainee (ST5 and above).

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic trainee anaesthetist to join the association's board of trustees and contribute to the association's wide-ranging activity relating to standard setting, education, and quality improvement. 

The role would be suited to an ST4+ trainee with an interest in perioperative medicine and specifically preoperative assessment.

You should be able to:

• Attend 3 (currently remote) half-day board meetings annually. 
• Attend and contribute to the organisation of the in-person association annual conference. 
• Contribute to the association's educational and CPD activity.

This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience and evidence competencies relevant to management, leadership and education, working within a friendly and welcoming multidisciplinary national committee.
