I am a ST7 Anaesthetic Registrar and chair the South West Anaesthetic Trainee Research Network. I hold an honorary research fellow position at University of Plymouth and a perioperative data science fellowship from NIHR Southampton BRC.

I am the chief investigator of the Plymfit Study, an NIAA funded feasibility study to investigate wrist-worn smartwatch use in perioperative care.

My research interests include; wearable device integration in perioperative care, prehabilitation and cardiopulmonary exercise testing.
