The Preoperative Association (POA) is looking for members to join the Council to help shape the future of Preoperative Assessment.

The following vacancies are available:

• Consultant Anaesthetist
• Trainee Anaesthetist
• Nurse
• Allied healthcare professional

The POA works tirelessly towards providing training programmes, competency frameworks & evidence-based guidelines, all carefully constructed, designed and delivered in order to assist inter-professional teams working across the POA disciplines.

The POA also designs & delivers an annual national conference with expert speakers & presenters delivering exciting & innovative topics from across the medical, surgical & therapeutic fields.

Do you have the drive, energy & commitment to contribute 6-10 days per annum to meetings & courses? 

Are you keen to support the work that goes on behind the scenes on continuing to develop this specialist field?
