BADS Annual Conference 2025

19th - 20th June 2025

University Place, Manchester

This year’s conference will include sessions on sustainability, robotics, surgical safety, local anaesthetic techniques, safe sedation and human factors in surgery. Workshop sessions will be held on simulation training in regional anaesthesia, fostering psychological safety in the workplace, and complex day case surgery. The full line up of expert speakers includes a number of Professors and a former BADS President.

 

The conference will also feature the ever-popular free paper sessions and the opportunity to showcase your work in the poster competition. Submit your abstract before the deadline on Friday 11th April.

 

The first day will finish with an evening networking drinks reception at the conference venue.
